Canceling/Changing an Order, Replacements, Refunds/Returns
Time Span From An Order Placed To Shipping Is 2-3 Days.
But Could Be More During Peak Seasons.
It doesn’t happen often, but if a subpar item slips Customcat's quality control checks & makes it to you, contact me asap. Email me a brief explaination & photo/s which I will forward to Customcat. Customcat will send an immediate replacement upon approval. contact@peaceonearthshirts.com.
Customcat stands behind the quality of their products & guaranties their workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on Customcat's part will result in a replacement at no charge.
Replacement orders are prioritized in Customcat's production facility in order to ship as quickly as possible.
However, Customcat typically does not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
You have a time frame to change or cancel an order. Although not too much of a time frame, it is a time frame none the less. But it is important for you to know you have some time depending on the amount of pending orders Customcat has. This is explained here:
Canceling And Changing Orders
1] Canceling or Changing Orders In The Pending Orders List:
The orders area is set up to automatically process orders every two hours. Any new orders coming in, que up into the "Pending Orders" list. While In the "Pending Orders" list you have not yet been charged for fulfillment or shipping. Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Delete an Item In the Order, Updating The Design, Color, Size of the T-shirt, can all be changed. Please contact me ASAP. contact@peaceonearthshirts.com
2] Orders Moved On (Automatically) from the Pending Orders List to the Processed Orders List:
Your orders in this list means your chosen payment method has been charged the base price plus shipping cost of the order AND the order is in que to enter production.
Changing Orders In The Processed Orders List:
In the Processed Orders List, the Shipping Address and Shipping Method can be changed. Other changes as listed above should be able to be changed but will necessitate me calling Customcat staff. Contact me ASAP.

3] Orders That Have Gone Into Production:
Regrettably, once an order has gone into production, only the shipping cost can be refunded. Contact me ASAP to cancel an order. However, depending on the time frame, your order might already be out of production and in the shipping department or already shipped.

Refunds/Returns:
I want happy, satisfied people. So I've gone beyond the general polices of my POD provider. If the T-shirt/s were not what you expected, then you can return them to me. You must pay the shipping cost. However, I'm only offering the return of two T-shirts, maximum. I'm a very small startup. It's a way to defray your cost a little bit (or completely). It's a compromise. Many T-shirt designers do not even offer this.
When I honor a return, I'm losing the POD printing cost of each T-shirt. And I'm left with T-shirts that I have to sell on my own to recover my printing cost and make a profit. (Which is not much). Also, they are inventory I now have, which defeats the whole purpose of the POD way.
You must contact me within 7 days after receiving the T-shirt/s. Please, do not remove the sticker. Also, I can not accept T-shirts that show signs of daily/extensive wear, or are soiled or damaged.

When I see that the T-shirts are in new condition, I'll refund your cost plus shipping.
This is a debatable and contentious topic for POD sellers. Some do not offer returns. I'm very new to this world. I had conflicting thoughts about this. But I want to do good by people. I put myself in their shoes. I shop too!
Instructions for Returns: When emailing me requesting a return,
include-
•The order # of the T-shirt/s
•Their names- Shining Sun, Sun Above, Ten Doves,
Twenty-one Doves
I will then send you instructions to return them. Do not fret.
They're very basic. Once you have the instructions, you have 10
days for the T-shirt/s to be delivered to me to credit your
payment method.
1) I am not responsible for returned T-shirt/s lost or damaged in
transit.
2) I will email you instructions to make your return reliable and
secure.
3) The returned T-shirt/s upon delivery to the address,
are notated as received and totally handled securely and safely.
4) I strongly urge you to briefly and honestly explain why you are
returning the T-shirt/s. I can't begin to address these concerns or
make improvements without constructive criticism.
